Your data stays on your device
Personal PITA keeps your entries on your iPhone. There's no account and no server of ours holding your lists.
Reporting a bug
Tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About) — it usually halves the back-and-forth.
